...The seat cooler is a gift from the gods. I love the way it cools my ***** on a hot and humid day. I have never experienced something so orgasmic while driving an automobile. If I had to choose between a 500 hp rust bucket and a underpowered new car with a seat cooler, i'm going to go with the latter. .....
EPIC WIN!!!!

When I got into my 92 SC4 today and my ***** started sweating I thought about this thread, anyways I found a is250 seat for $350 (they all have ball chillers right?). Does anyone know if these are easy to install?

I used to drive the new W204 C class C200 CDI (one of my first company cars in Europe) and I liked it a lot. My sister has the IS250 so I guess I can consider myself knowledgeable between these two cars.
Let's start with the interiors. Both have good interiors in my honest opinion, the C class just takes a more conservative and business-like approach in terms of styling, but the materials are just fine. Definitely premium in feel and the build quality of the interior felt really, really good. Same applies to the IS. I guess when you drive these cars daily you get a feel for their true qualities.
In terms of comfort the nod goes to the C class. The IS is decent but the cramped cabin ends its potential. The C class has more leg space for the front and rear passengers and there is noticeably more headspace in the C class, too. I had the sport model C class but the comfort was still impressive nonetheless. My wife (then my girlfriend) and I regularly took weekend trips to France and sometimes Italy and we never had to stop and get out to stretch our legs and so forth. On my last visit home my sister picked me up with her IS250. The drive home took about two hours and I remember feeling a bit cramped inside the IS. The wide transmission tunnel also took away some precious leg space. I should add that I am 6'1", so maybe that could be an issue.
I would hate to compare a C200 CDI to an IS250 in terms of motorization since it is an unfair diesel vs gasoline comparison. I should add that the C200 CDI was zippy once you passed 30 mph.
Either way, both are great cars. I guess it really depends on what you're looking for, your size, wallet, etc. As I have often said here, my next car is going to be a car that is a C class competitor in Europe: the Citroen C5 HDi.

HAHA from now on I'll be referring to the ventilated seats as ball chillers.
