Presidential Limo - Obama's New Cadillac Limo Officially Unveiled!
#32
You'd best believe that even if this one breaks down in the middle of the road, the identical backup is not far behind. Although, in many cases, you only see the one "hunk" of a Limo, since that is where the pres is. With each new administration coming in, whichever company is granted the contract to build the "Official Presidential Limo", always builds more than 1 identical one . It flies in with the rest of the presidential convoy and is ALWAYS on standby,no matter where the president travels. Many times it may remain in/on the plane or travel at the very tail section of the convoy itself along with the secret service detail. If you have ever seen a presidential motorcade, in person, take a closeer look at the vehicles.

If you're gonna have to be ugly, be ugly all the way. It's a whole lot safer. . . .
The cool factor is definitely raised with the optional CROWS (Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station) turret on the roof.
Just the thing for an urban presidential motorcade.

I saw a special on TV by National Geographic or another that followed the a President first visit to I think Africa. Anyway there were three 747 and in the belly of one was it's own 10 wheeler fueler, three limos, and an small ARMY of staff, special forces, cooks, mechanics etc.
My wife watching it quipped "no wonder were broke". I busted out laughing. She has perfect timing sometimes.
