TechArt Turbo's are "common" there, eh? If so you've have seen those wheels before since they are part of the TechArt package.

that's not a techart package, the techart package should look like this

i think it is just a regular turbo with the techart exhaust.. even regular turbo can get up to 160 pretty easy.. i had drove a modded 996 turbo from somewhere it has about 650hp and i think it was pretty fast but not anythign near crazy

That's the $40k package, this is the $20k package and it's more than exhaust. I looked over the paperwork from TechArt for a good bit.
