Default Is there a reliable publication that shows cost of maintenance and repairs on cars?

Like a free site that would list the 'book hours' a shop uses as reference for various repairs on various cars as well as the cost of parts?

Consumerguide.com and edmunds.com both have section that mention maintenance and cost of repairs for cars but they're not believable at all. They're far too low - especially if you're using the dealer for service and not jiffy lube.

Edmunds shows plug replacement only costing $94 parts and labor for my old 99 GS400 yet I know it takes 2 hours at a MINIMUM and the plugs will cost at least $40 so they're estimating 1 hour of labor at a pretty cheap rate, it would seem? They also show a timing belt change costing $245 in labor and $92 in parts... where the hell is this going on? They show brake fluid full flush and replace at $50 parts and labor??
