I saw that posted a few days ago but only watched it once and didn't notice what I did this time - it appears the attendant is telling them to cut to the right and he continues to tell them to cut to the right long after they've gone too far. It's almost like he either wanted them to do that (and then play it off right before they did), or he just wasn't paying attention at all.
With that said I can't believe they allow the customers to pull the car in there like that.
I don't go to quick-change places with my cars but I have a few times with friends and all the ones here that have the hole in the floor will either drive the car in there for you, or else they have a trap 'door' that stays closed until you've driven over it, and then they open it up.
