Unimog Mash-up: Smart's Fortwo Gets Monster Truck Overhaul
The Big Wheel of your dreams: Smart Forfun 2 is a tiny Smart Fortwo perched atop the underpinnings of a Unimog.
This is one tall Smart, standing 84.6 inches higher than its normal sibling.
But not to worry: You can raise and lower the suspension manually with air springs.
Smart Forfun2 is a one-off. Too bad, because it would have been fun at the Woodward Dream Cruise.

SINDELFINGEN, Germany — Mercedes-Benz's Smart car brand will debut its next-generation Fortwo for North America in November. But don't expect to see this wild version of the pint-sized city car on U.S. streets anytime soon.
Created by Greek rally champion Stefan Attart, the head-turning Smart combines the body shell of the existing Fortwo with the industrial-grade four-wheel-drive underpinnings of parent company Mercedes-Benz's Unimog 406. The result? A towering two-seat monster truck dubbed the Forfun2.
With a height of 145.6 inches, the Forfun2 towers over its roadgoing sibling by a whopping 84.6 inches. Power comes from an inline six-cylinder diesel engine. To optimize its off-road ability, the suspension can be manually raised and lowered via air springs.
The Forfun2 is the second Smart based off-roader created by Attart, with backing from Mercedes-Benz's Greek subsidiary. The first, a similar creation based on the larger Forfour, caused a stir when it was revealed at last year's Athens Motor Show. Smart's own plans for a production four-wheel-drive vehicle, the so-called Formore, were shelved in early 2005 by then Mercedes-Benz chairman Eckhard Cordes.
What this means to you: Smart's cult status continues, but the Forfun2 will definitely remain a one-off.

Since we have had Smart for a few years down here, I have seen one with 20 inch wheels that stick out on the side of the SMART, but what I see in this thread really took a lot of extra work, regardless if it is ugly.
