Former world boxing champion Naseem Hamed has been jailed for 15 months for causing a crash that left another man seriously injured.
The 31-year-old ex-featherweight champ was sentenced at Sheffield Crown Court following a crash involving his £300,000 sports car.
The jury heard every major bone in victim Anthony Burgin's body was broken.
Mr Burgin's solicitor said after the hearing: "This is not a case about a celebrity, this is a case about an extremely powerful motor being driven dangerously."

Hamed, of Wyvern Gardens, Dore, Sheffield, pleaded guilty to dangerous driving at an earlier hearing.
He was also banned from driving for four years.
The case follows a crash on Ringinglow Road, on the outskirts of Sheffield in May last year.
It involved Hamed's Mercedes McClaren sports car and two other vehicles.
Devout Muslim Hamed had a rapid rise as a boxer in the 1990s.
He was born in Sheffield to Yemeni parents and soon made a name for himself with his confident attitude as much as his devastating early performances.
He won the world title in 1995 and was awarded an MBE in 1999.
Hamed remained unbeaten until 2001 when he lost to Mexico's Marco Antonio Barrera.

Obviously we don't know this for a fact, but it sounds to me like Hamed was either DWI or doing some classically aggressive driving....perhaps both. Probably the main reason he was not injured as badly as Burgin ( and my earnest prayers go up for Burgin's many needed healings ) was the extraordinary crashworthiness of modern Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Despite their lousy and unreliable electronics ( a subject we have much-discussed here on CAR CHAT ) they will protect their occupants like nothing else on the road, although some big Volvos will also.
As far as getting his license pulled for 4 years, that means little or nothing unless it is enforced. Many repeat DWI, excessive-speed incidents, and people who otherwise cause serious accidents are driving with suspended or revoked licenses, and even THEN often don't get locked up like they should be.
