GTA: Looking for reputable fender rolling service
Hey guys,
Does anyone have experience having their fenders rolled by a shop or service provider in GTA?
If you do, can you please share your experience by filling out the template?
Shop Name:
Price Range:
Fenders rolled (Front/Rear/Both):
Is Your Car Winter Driven (Y/N)?
Any paint cracking (Y/N)?
Any surface rust (Y/N)?
When were the fenders rolled?
Positive Experience (Y/N)?
Additional Comments:
I have read paint cracking and rusting are often the results after fenders are rolled and that a lot of people rent a Eastwood and DIY it.
At this point I'm just looking to gather more info on proven service provided locally
Thanks,
Zel

Select Right Car Detailing
Shop Name: Select Right Car Detailing
Price Range: $160ish
Fenders rolled (Front/Rear/Both): Rear
Is Your Car Winter Driven (Y/N)?: Yes but havent drove winter since rolling
Any paint cracking (Y/N)? No
Any surface rust (Y/N)? No
When were the fenders rolled? First car rolled 1 year ago, current GS rolled last week
Positive Experience (Y/N)? Yes
Additional Comments:
This placed rolled two of my cars including my GS. My first car was done perfectly with no paint crack. My GS had some rust inside (wasnt visible until he started rolling and showed me). As he was rolling it, the paint was cracking and the rust became visible and he suggested shaving it instead because for the second gen GS, rolling it would cause dimples on the fender. He did an excellent job at shaving it
Btw, he used a rubber mallet when he did my first car last year. He really took his time and hammered it and it turned out excellent. It might sound ghetto but I think this is the way to go if its in the hands of the right guy
My review might not be that useful because I havent drive a winter after fender rolling for both cars yet and Im having the fenders for my GS resprayed since theres rust
