If it's USPS, then you pay GST/PST + $5.00 handling.
If it's UPS or Fedex, you pay GST/PST + brokage fee (For $120 value, probably around $30, you can check in their website) + GST on brokerage fee.
Also from my previous 2 personal experience ordering from Sewell Lexus in the US, they also short ship. Both times, I had items missing and I had to chase for a month before I get a refund.

I think Sewell only ships by UPS.
For instance, on a F-Sport Sway bar, the shipping alone is half the cost of the item. Definately not worth it IMO unless you do massive orders

Update:
I placed the order on September 16th for $120 (It's not much, but it is cheaper than buying locally). I chose the regular ground shipping, which is with FedEx. (Not the expensive one that avoids custom fees.)
I received my parts on September 23rd, no damages and more importantly everything that I ordered was there and are the correct items.
No custom fees as of yet, unless theirs a hidden bill that I don't know about from FedEx.

Fedex sends you the bill usually 2 weeks after.
UPS makes you pay on the spot before they will drop off the item.
I am guessing Fedex will probably send you a bill for about $50 for brokerage fees and taxes based on your $120 value.
Let me know if I guessed right.
By the way, my past 2 buying experience with Sewell had missing items in the shippment. Had to follow up for about a month before Sewell issued a refund.
But I will still buy from them again because they have the best genuine Lexus parts price I can find in North America.

On top of the Customs charge Fedex charged me an amount equal to the customs amount because they "paid the charges on my behalf." I called them on this and they said to create an account and give the account number to the seller so if there are customs charges they will bill to the account and I won't incur any additional charges from them.

The last time i ordered parts from the US, it was via UPS. Once I had my tracking number, I called UPS immediately and told them I would clear the package through customs myself. It's a little time consuming but worth it if you want to save on brokerage fees.
