i finally gave in.

i think the shocks were blown or were going because the rear end even thru a simple left turn felt very unstable. i knew it was time to put the coilovers back in!

Off to speed syndicate! nothing like a trained toyota technician telling me whats wrong with my car =(

Prior to alignment, but as you can see, i can get a floor jack under the car with ease! the car handles very smooth around turns now AND because i got the coilovers on soft, its easy enough on my back to heal! the front exactmotorsport RCAs (roll center adjusters) and rear SPC camber kit should pull my camber in by at least -1.5 degree. no more slammed canned and cambered out look, i want close to oem spec as possible.

tee hee hee... naaa im not running this but sure looked funny when i tried out some extra spacers i had laying around...

And so, the 20s are back on. i think i will raise the front a bit just because im finding it a tad hard to get in and out of the car...

havent updated...

what has happened since?

during winter, did this LS400 brakes.

then i went and preped my l tuned skirts... for puddle lights

This is how each puddle light looks, the black bracket was just a tad too wide to fit the skirt channel so trimed off a bit to make it sit flush

then i got this for myself for christmas...

i havent been updating as well, the car was at the paint booth for 2 1/2 months, and i spent the last 3 weeks putting her back together...

this is why it took 3 weeks...

while at paint, i started working on this.... projector retrofits..

the finished product, painted the headlight bezel, and made an x5 projector bezel shroud work to cover the RX330 projector!

my car right out of paint...

then really begins the work... why 3 weeks? a lot off the list to do and clean...
puddle lights installed and wired!~

Jdm Chrome door handles... one of the rear door lock actuator assemblies decided to crack and fail on me, 30mins to get it in, 3hrs to open the damn door and remove it!

Up close to the handle. the real deal, no chrome stick ons! gives hint to the paint...

The headlights work, OMG... cross fingers, eyes toes... no fault codes, autoleveling works too!

the beam pattern! still need to align headlights

all lights work! no check fault codes!!!

Front lip is back on!

Now you can see why it was at paint for so long...besides all the scratches, dents, Champagne w/ House of Color Gold Flake!

Took this picture out in kelowna, testing out new phone (samsung galaxy infuse) 8megapixel camera phone

Fitment

Gold Flake

They put more flake on the hood than the rear since the front is most seen

Decorated the car for friends wedding!
