im basing my calcs on the stock sizing.
stock is250awd is 225/45/17
based on this sizing 225/45/17 = to going at 65km/h,
225/45/17 = 65km/h
225/40/19 = 67.92km/h
235/35/19 = 66.33km/h
245/30/19 = 64.53km/h
so if u dont mind, the 225/40/19 will be slightly oversized. its not that big of a difference though.
volco = 1010tires, well their online division.
tiretrends = online canadian store, they are located out in pitt meadows
but for cheapest price, tirerack. 225/40/19 size that u want is, $242.00 USD. shipping is like what, $20, then exchange is 1.2 lets say, duty, gst is 12%. which means u are looking at around $390 CAD each.

it says the offsets are 40mm, and the recommended tires are Michelin Pilot Sport AS P225/40ZR19, for the 3GS awd, which is the path I want to go.
I'd prefer all seasons over summer tires cause I know come winter time I'll be too lazy to swap the stocks back.
I'm not lowered yet, but I think I might have to cause I'll look like a truck with 19's on haha..

honestly, i dont understand the deal with tires at all LOL..
when you say oversized, and those calculations, does that mean ill be running faster than i actually am?
after a lot of searching and stuff, i thought as long as all 4 tires are the same size, it should work out alright?
maybe i read wrong..

use this calculator:
http://www.wheelsmaster.com/rt_specs.jsp
you want the new wheel/tire combo to be as close to stock as possible (around 2% variance) when you look at "speedometer" under the new wheel package column. the other comments provided should also be taken into consideration.

Here are some of the pics I took. They're just crappy iPhone pics, but I had some good candid shots that no one else really had cuz they were focusing on the cars lol..
