Default New member and new car

Hi everyone,
One of my friends had a 92' sc400 laying and around said it was an eye soar so i got it off him for free 158k interior probobly 4/10 but i took it all out anyways (gonna be a drift car track only and will be manual soon).
Only had to put in a battery coolant oil change oil filter and fuel pump and i was set to go ran perfect! Only thing is hasnt been on the road since 06' TEN YEARS! But just curious if you guys had any ideas on what else i should replace just because of aging. But let me know i know alot about german vehicles but thy are just to damn expencive to make a drift car out of. So im asking on here because my first lexus let alone first non german car.
Thanks.

I would sea foam it, probably not a bad idea to do spark plugs and wires. Definitely check out the brakes, and check out the rubber for dry rot and what not since it's been sitting for 10 years. Find some wheels on craigslist perhaps.

Welcome to the forum, you should also introduce yourself in the new member thread. Additionally, check out some of the "stickies" up at the top, there's tons of DIY threads available. Most of the members have tried, and figured out the quirks with our cars; which will make life easier when it comes to maintaining an SC. To start check and possibly change plugs and wires, change the oil, filter and check the fluids and hoses. Also, lift the car and go through your bushings, especially since the car hasn't been on the road in 10 years? GL with your build, and enjoy your stay here.
