Go +35 with a 255/40 for what you are trying to achieve. FYI the rear fenders dimple when rolled so most people shave or cut them. You will probably find some guy that will say he can roll them without damage but 99% of the time they'll still dimple them.
I guess I've never seen the shaving process. I'll look it up, if it's going to be ghe better option for the rear.
