Default 1994 GS300 Keep Shutting off

Hello members,

I really need your help..My 1994 GS300 just keep shutting off, if i dive it for about 5 mile it will bulk or misfire like it want to shut off , once i come to a traffic light, it will shut off .....The car runs fine when idle but, when i let it sit there to idle it will just shut off, than i will have to hold the gas pedal down to make it run again...so the next morning I goes out to start it there's no problems.... I switch out fuel pump, a fuel pump resistor in the trunk, new fuel filter, MAF, and a new pressure regulator and still has the problem....Please help!!!!

Sounds like it could be a bad ecu aswell. My 94 had these same symptoms. It would run for a awhile then sputter and die. Cracked my ecu open and the culprit was leaky capacitors.

Gensc300,

when you replace your ECU did you have to get it reprogramed?
