Default Idleing problem saga continues!

I'm a still a little confused

Here's what I did. My car wasn't idling at all if I let off the gas it died, car ran 90% perfect other than that so I'm lost.
I found a diaq troubleshooter procedure on all data that said to remove the iac motor and tap the 4 pins to ground and 12v to the center. If it moves and it ohms out right it's good. Well I tried that and it works. So I opened it all the way and put it in.
Fluctuating Idle
Took it back out closed it to 1/4 the way open.
Idle at 550ish rpm(well at lease it idles)

Now 4 days later back to no idle.

I'm assuming that the computer should adjust the iac depending on temp and wether the engine is idling properly. So is my ecu bad? I just traded my jet chipped one for a stock one and now I'm getting problems

Try a full tune up, the 12v fuel pump ecu mod. Is it a 300 or 400?
