Magic City SC300
Picked up this SC300 a couple weeks ago and decided to go ahead and start a build thread.
The car came with 1jz swap, Precision BB Single, R154, and a few other goodies.
I bought it from some guy who had no idea what he had or what he was doing. The car didn't run and was hacked together pretty bad.
Currently going over / redoing the entire swap and trying to get everything back together.
When I first picked it up and hauled it four hours home.
Messy engine bay shot the day after picking it up.
First drive after getting it running. (not me in the photo)
Parts starting to arrive.
Currently waiting on more parts to arrive and the engine is being pulled to clean everything up and correct a few things that weren't done right.
The plan is to drive this to Final Bout in September so this should be a quick build and I'll try to keep this updated as parts come in and progress is made.

Went to install the coilovers tonight, but ran into a few issues.
I did get some work done though.
Since I have such a short deadline and limited budget I'm at a loss for cleaning up the trashed interior.
I threw in an old IS300 steering wheel my friend had lying around and have a cheap bucket seat ready to go in.
Other than that I might try my hand at painting / dying some of the interior panels.
Also I'll be running adapters to fit the wheels I bought so I decided to take advantage of the new bolt pattern and got a crazy deal on some E46 M3 wheels which I'll use as spares.
Lastly, I mocked up some mirrors that I had sitting around and am pretty stoked on how they fit.
I'll finish fitting them and actually install them when aero arrives and I get it ready for paint.

And you're correct, they're Racing Hart C4.
They've already been sold, wasn't crazy about the style or sizing.

Some more parts came in and got alittle work done this past week.
Wideband, oil pressure and boost gauges came in.
I originally bought some JIC Magic's from an importer which are shown in the first post.
I didn't realize they were single adjustable and the condition was worse than expected so I returned them and picked up some BC's.
Adapters came in so I can finally test fit the wheels.
Will definitely need a roll / pull and a little camber, but it should fit nicely once done.
I have some more engine work to do before its running again.
The intake manifold was pulled and everything emissions related was removed to clean it up.
I've swapped to a different ECU and wiring harness that hasn't been hacked.
Just need to tidy everything up, wire in the gauges and it should be good to go!

Oddly enough right after you mention it my friend went to pull-a-part today and surprised me by picking up some stock headlights.
And after a quick polish they're good to go.

Last of my parts came in and most everything is installed.
I've been sanding and finishing up body work today, paint should come tomorrow.
Small teaser before some actual finished pictures.
