So you have pictured there a stock ignitor. those will not work with the tt ecu mod.
If you have vvti coils you need a DS62 ignitor. and you also need to do the wiring in the tt ecu mod.
Since you have GTE coils, you need a GTE ignitor, and you also need to do the wiring in the tt ecu mod in post 4 which shows the wiring for the GTE ignitor, as there are 3 more coils so lots of more wires to wire up.
looks like someone just cut the wires from the stock ignitor, and I am not sure what they did with it, looks like they stopped there. there is no way it will run like that. wrong ignitor and wiring looks wrong.
please read the tt ecu mod again, and get the right coil/ignitor combination, then it needs to be wired up. also the map sensor and IAT. the 550cc injectors are a little large but they should start and run fine so don't bother with the piggyback yet until after you get it started, it will just create more of a mess now.

Ok I'm back with some new parts .... So I have some more questions... I'm not good with all this wire stuff so during the week I found a jdm gte auto harness + ecu. Now I was wondering if I could plug and play the harness with out having to re pin any wires ? Also can use the auto harness and ecu with a manual transmission ? Instead of going stand alone I decide to use the mapecu3 piggyback

You don't have to extend anything, just remove the plastic covering and it will fit under the lower runner.
You wiring harness needs a lot of love...
FPR needs to be moved to firewall or on the strut tower.
And please try not to use electrical tape when wiring stuff.
If you have a pte Turbo please run a -3an feed and -10 return, I would pull the oil pan completely of the engine to drill and tap for the return line.

It would be a good idea to move the injector loom section of the harness under the runners.. And lengthen them to reach for a cleaner look.. You harness needs some serious clean up help.. It would be ideal to take it out and take out all the stuff you don't need in a effort to simplify the harness and to repair/replace damaged clips ,spliced and exposed wires.
All really to ensure connectivity I'm about to tacle this same process...
Ps: when was the last time you drove your sc?
OH! THAT FUEL LINE RUNNING NEXT TO TURBO = BAD IDEA

Yeah if you remove all the plastics and loosen the harness from the passenger side where it goes over the valvecovers you will have enough slack to just get it under the lower runners. I had already lengthened my injectors wires so it was just a matter of pulling them back up through the runners. If yours are stock you may want to extend them before you shove it under its much easier.
