2004 IS300 Daily Driver "Build"
Just bought my 3rd Lexus! I've owned an sc300, gs300, and now an is300. I sold my gs300 and picked up a 5 speed is300 the same day. I've always wanted an IS300 but could never find a manual...until now! I'm excited to get this project going. It already has a few mods, but theres definitely more to come! Anyways, heres how she sits right now. Let me know what you think!
Debadged it already (was missing the "L" emblem, might buy one eventually)
I love this L-Sportline front bumper

Dipped the wheels, cleaned the headlights and fog-lights, added a new grill as well!
Old Grill
New Grill
I'm also looking to get an authentic altezza emblem put on the grill but I'm not 100% sure if it will fit
the emblem comes off this is the back of it
the part of the grill it goes into
Back of an authentic altezza emblem
I'm curious if anyone has ever swapped out their emblem on this particular grill (lexus or altezza)
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Finally got some money to go lower! Put the cxracing coils on myself with the help of a couple friends. Ran into problems with the front sway bar end links so we used an angle grinder, cut the bolts out, and replaced the end links all together. I have them set right in the middle as far as dampening and it feels sporty without being too rough. The coils feel good but I'm interested to see how well they hold up over time. I sold the ebay grill (decided I liked the OEM better for now) and I recently got new tires so the plastidip got pulled off on the tire machine. Digging the clean look until I can afford some better fitting wheels! Anyways, onto the pics!
Only rubs a little bit up front at full lock so I'll probably leave it at this height for now
