Default The Altezza Turbo Build

I figured it's the right time to start making a progress thread so here it is. It'll be a slow one since being active duty makes it hard to work on the car, but I plan to finish the car not long from now.

Here's a pic of when I got the car:

So far, the only mods done so far:
Subs + Amp
Fog Light Mod
Headlight Retrofit
Headlight Restore
Fog Light Restore

Before Wet Sand, after retrofit:

After:

I've wet sanded, buffed, and polished the head lights three times now, but it's still a bit hazy, just a very small amount. The lights aren't like, crystal clear like some wet sanding projects I've seen completed, but it's a 10 year old car. What can I expect? Anyone know if it could be the inside? Other than that the fog lights came out crystal clear.

Anyways, as far as the transmission swap and turbo build go, I'm on the look out for an LSD along with an R-154 Transmission. On top of that, I'm planning on picking up Nex SS Coils since I had them on the Lancer and love how much of a drop I can get. For exterior mods, I'm looking for an S-Endurance front bumper, but performance will be the priority for the build. Other than that, stay tuned.

Wow that's riding pretty low! Must be difficult to get around.

Love the look of the rims! Something different but in a good way.

Thanks everyone ! It is somewhat difficult especially in a heavy car like this, but since then, I've adjusted the ride height just a bit so there aren't any complications at all !

I really believe these coils are underpriced.

The ride quality is amazing beyond belief. Better than my BCs in the Lancer.
