Had to get my number 6 runner re-welded to clear the 4 inch downpipe.

Everything else is coming along nice. Praying that I can finish it this weekend.

Coming along nicely. I handed over my intake runners and greddy knockoff intake to my machinist this afternoon. What turbo are you running again? Your setup looks clean.

Its a t-70 from the xspower kit. Has been great for a long time now.


Got it running last night with Ali's help setting up the aem. It needs help for sure. Gonna have to either spend time getting it right, or get it tuned to just run, til I can do my tranny swap.

So, the car wont start. Ecu shows as offline when hooked to the laptop and it just cranks.

Not sure what the deal with that is. Trying to get the money together to just get it tuned to run at low boost... 15 or so, until I do the tranny swap. I cant deal with it running bad for a long time and dont wanna break anything.

It was connecting on the first day, but later on he was using it and it stopped working all of a sudden if i remember right. typical aem stuff but not sure what the problem is on this one if you are still having issues this weekend I can try and take a look at it, have been busy as usual this week.

Yeah me too. School takes alot of my time. Im sure Ill try to mess with it on Saturday. Ill check power and ground to it and go from there.

Im gonna talk to Speed Image and see what they can do for me to get it running decent and then ill have em tune it for real after the tranny.

If you efi relay is turning ON with the key ON and the fuel pump is coming ON them it should be the cable.

It's the efi relay is not turning on then it might be the Box itself.

If the efi relay is not turning ON the it will not connector to the laptop.

Well the car wont even start. It just cranks. The ecu reads offline in aempro also. Ill have to check and see what its doing... it ran for a few minutes after I had brought it home, then it died and wont start. Im guessing I lost power or ground to the ecu

havent bothered to look yet, i will this weekend.

hopefully the ecu will start working again can't update the maps until it does.
