Sorry I know this is an old thread but wanted to know what mirrors are on your car?

Also, I love those Velgen VMB5, I need to get a set in silver.

Thanks in advance

The silver finish is a great choice. It gives the car a nice clean look

Agree, I think I'll order these this spring.

@Velgen - do you sell direct or just through distributors? Looking at your website it looks like only distributors.

@Bob, any feedback with the 20's? With lowering the car did you have to roll the fenders? Do they rub when turning @20's?

Just trying to understand fitment of the 20's. Sorry to bring up an old thread BoB, but your car looks fantastic and I would love to do the same offset/size of wheel. Just trying to get some feedback.

Again, any advise is appreciated.

Nah don't worry about it. I actually got a GS so I'm still lurking around the forums. I needed to roll my fenders because of how low I was. When I was higher I didn't need any fender rolling. At first I was at about a 2 inch drop with minor rubbing (probably just the plastic fender lining which I eventually just rubbed through). When I dropped it more and tucked almost all of the tire, I definstly needed to roll the fenders.

Tire size is also important because it can also cause you to rub. Wheels were 20x9 +35 and 20x10.5 +45. The last setup I had wih the bronze chrome VMB8s I ran a 225/30/20 up front and a 255/30/20 in the rear

Thanks Bob, I really appreciate the feedback. Last question, I swear lol. So the pics on page 16 are those the 2 inch drop or is that when you had to get your fenders rolled?

In those pics, it's actually more than a 2 inch drop, I'm not sure exactly how much. Sorry I've been through a couple different setups with this car. No fender rolling was needed there because I already rubbed through the plastic lining. I only rubbed on medium to large dips

We do not sell direct but you can PM me and I'll send you to a dealer near you.
