Fuel pump hanger fabrication is all done! All that's left is get the other pump out of the car, than mount it on the new hanger than wire it up. I'm very pleased with this setup but the real test will be if it leaks or not. My buddy will do a smoke leak down test at his shop with the spare tank I've been using than ill let it sit with fuel in it to make sure all the sealer and rubber doesn't swell or start braking down. BTW I used a sealer called "Seal-All" which is made to repair gas tanks instead of the RTV.
I will be running two 340lph fuel pumps from high flow fuel. My buddy says they have customers that make 1000rwhp on an NA V8 with no problems. So well see how well they do with e85, Worst case I could add another pump.
Also drilled out the hole on the FFIM for the 7mgte iacv flange. I should have that welded up today than ill tap a few holes for vacuum ports.

thank you!
I did but I couldn't justify paying 20 for one fitting lol plus I didn't want to take the chance of it leaking even though they are tried and true. Plus I had the bungs laying around anyway. With it welded on I don't ever have to worry about it, that's why I got the Sensor with the longer tubes so when welding, it wont melt the plastic sense it gets pretty damn hot.

I wouldn't use the the stock wiring. Its plainly way to small. You can go to home-depot or a home improvement store and pick up 10awg THHN stranded wire, not solid. They usually sell them by the foot for about .60 cents. All you need is a bout two feet, if that. I got black for ground and red for positive to make things identifiable. It says right on the wire "Gasoline and Oil Resistant". I believe it's coated in Teflon which is perfect for any type of fuel.

Damn , I wish I have the welding skills you have especially on aluminum welding.. ... got to lift my *** and start learning how to use my welding machine in the first place. That skill comes handy in projects like these . You save tons of money.
That fuel system of yours is looking good with all the fabrication sir !

Thank you sir , I will get mine from them when I have the funds. Since I joined CL and SF , I am always broke so I need to find places like those to buy stuff at a cheaper price !

Most of the important welds are done by a friend of mine, just so I can make sure nothing leaks
