Finally begining my LS400 Project!!

Very nice, I've got the same year, color exterior and interior and about the same mileage. Except my interior is just not as nice as yours =[. Whoever was the previous owner took very good care of it.
Good luck on the project.
Actually, those look alot like S2's and not S2H's, which are more curved.

Congrats on the purchase. I have a 94, same color. I redid my interior though Nice choice of wheels! When I get to it, I plan on getting the Euroline SL's... 4 months to get those mounted? Gotta get em on quicker! What other plans do you have?

Yeah these will be temp wheels for now, later on down the road when the project is almost complete I plan to upgrade to a set of 19's with big dish front/rear and correct offset so no spacers will be needed. These 18's are pretty nice but the ammount of lip and offset is not what I envision on the final product.
I looked them over to find any referance of the model S2 vs S2H, didn't find anything. After looking at pics online I believe these are the S2's and they were advertised wrong. Thats still OK though, no biggie to me. Yesterday I found a deal on some tires for the front, pretty close to what I wanted and cheap. They are Bridgestone S-02A 225/40/18's almost perfect for $50 each. I was thinking about running 215's in the front but this should be OK. On Monday or Tues I'm gonna get them mounted on the 18x9's and we'll see what the stretch looks like.
I'll get some pics of the headlights soon and post em for you guys. I'll also do a step by step with pictures when I install them. I want to do a retrofit but most OEM HID setups I'm finding are for D2 bulb type, gotta research to find a H4/H3 type.
