Does your mom wear denim blue jeans? I've seen blue on many seats and it comes with the territory of wearing jeans and other cotton fabrics that may not hold their color. Some of these dyes are easily transferred depending on their composition and some more than others. Wife had a situation with dye transfer to her purse from it rubbing on her jeans. The manager of Longchamp, a 30 year employee of the company from France relayed to her that jeans are notorious for doing this and same to car seats. Not as easily solved because leather, synthetics with pores will have varying levels of resistance/ability to retain dyes, dirt and such. She dropped her purse off for cleaning and they were able to remove about 80% of the dye but the remains were still there due to that particular dye on those jeans which were absorbed by the leather. Wife was pretty pissed and those $200 jeans went circular file. (Would have been even worse if her purse was a big designer one in the multi thousands of $$.)
Anyway, anytime I wipe the seat on her side I get far more blue off her seat then my side. I wear a variety of Levis FWIW. I've only used Lexol cleaner and the conditioner. Not perfect though workable. This is how the seats are in our 19 year old LS. There is a blue hue to them.

I used Wolfgang citrus leather care cleaner, a tooth brush, and microfiber rag on some really hard stains on lighter leather and it got them right out with a little work.

FWIW, periodic use of a water-based fluorocarbon protector will prevent permanent damage from dye transfer.
For removal of existing stains, I've had great results using Leather Master Dye Transfer Cleaner.
