Protecting Front end of RX350 from Bugs on Road Trip
After a search, I couldn't find anything to answer my question. I'm going on a road trip with my RX350 and I want to know if anyone is aware of a product that, after applied, will make it easier to remove the bugs from your bumper and front end. I'm not interested in getting film applied or using a bra, just a product that can be applied to make removal easier. Thanks

A good wax or sealant before hand makes bug removal easier. I also have a product from Wolf's chemicals that is a spray on bra. Washes off or comes off in the first rain that I have used.

Before your road trip, apply a fresh layer (or two) of a quality sealant like Menzerna Power Lock. This layer of protection will help to keep bug splatter from bonding to the paint and causing damage.
The most important thing to do is remove the bugs ASAP... bring a product like Optimum No Rinse with you to quickly, safely, and easily clean the car while you are on your road trip. You may also consider bringing a spray wax to apply even more protection while you are on the road.

I use something quick and easy. Currently apply Meguires Ultimate Quick Wax and/or Detailer just before the trip and bring the spray bottle on the trip in case I wash the car while on the road. The bugs etc. wash off real easy. As mentioned, clean 'em off quickly.

I have used Wolf's Chemical product called the Mask. It sprays on thick and dries relatively clear. After your trip just spray it off with a hose. Bugs just wash away. It may give some protection from dust or sand rubbing the paint but I don't think it will fend off a any thing larger that the smallest pebble.
