Reconditioning/grimy wood-trim
Picked up a '11 350 yesterday, just noticed today that the trim by the shifter is a little rough/grimy. I haven't tried any cleaning products yet but I feel like it'll need more than just your typical over the counter cleaner.
What cleaner should I try first, then if that doesn't work what should I try next?

Do you have access to a steam cleaner? That should do the trick.
If not, you could try Optimum Power Clean and agitate with a Boar's Hair Brush.

If not, you could try an all purpose cleaner diluted for light cleaning... Optimum Power Clean, which I mentioned in my previous response, is an all purpose cleaner/degreaser that is a great product for detailing inside and outside of your vehicle.
