My l-sportline roof spoiler was painted from the dealer... looked pretty good but it will never be %100 unless they can see the car to match it perfectly..
Thanks for posting, I didn't know Sewell offered this. For comparison, I asked a bodyshop for 'guesstimate' price and they said $350-400 to remove, paint, reinstall. I wonder though could they really match the colour? The Sewell price is $850 for my GS, but it is an OEM part, correct?
I'm pretty sure Sewell using OEM part and $850 is the price they listed for 2nd gen GS painted bumper on their site. Just to be safe, gave them your VIN when order to be 100% sure correct color match beside color code at the door jam.

Body shops today should have no problem matching the paint. Mostly every auto finish producer has some sort of "color workstation" that uses a color spectrometer to measure the actual color of the paint on the car and then it formulates a custom color from that reading. This ensures that any shifts in the actual paint color are taken into account reducing or eliminating the need for blending. I say go to a body shop and see what they have to offer with regard to paint matching before you make that call.
