Default Cleaning care for new Rims.....

Just got some rims the other day and was wondering the proper care for them.... I've always used a a cleaner that was good for all types of rims.... These rims are special and i want to take care of them.... From cleaning to wiping so i don't scratch them....They are silver with chrome lip..

Also, Is there some type of protectant i can use for the rims? Like wax for example to keep brake dust from building up? My stock wheels after a few days really starts showing the brake dust..

Thank you...Tony
