I'm putting together a portfolio for a design school and I'll be happy to make some if anyone will supply me with the rights to use their car/s. I'll do sigs, avatars, and screensavers (not sure how to upload) too, and it won't have that ugly red text I put on all my pics. Seen here is some CL members GS with a virtual mercedes grille, volk rims, clear turn signal. Original shown here;
why do you put the nystt word over your photos? is that your watermark or whatever?
i like it, but i agree too much lense flare, and the water on the ground or the reflection or whatever, i dont really like that... doesn't look realistic to me...
WHeels also need to be redone. I applied to many art schools. Make sure you have other things other than digital Imaging. You'll need drawings, paintings, etc, sketches, not necessarily your best work too. Throw in an average piece or two.
i dont wanna be too critical...but if you really want it to look right you need to have all of the reflected wheels touching the real wheels...that will make the reflection more realistic.

I have mostly hand drawn stuff with different media (markers, pastels, paints), five clay models (two for one bike, two for a two seater and one for the interior), I made a videogame (fly a plane in an endless loop), I've made t-shirts for the NYIAS vendors, and I may do a life size car if I can get a free junker and time away from school . I have been working nonstop for 4 years man way to much to list here. Photo imaging and photography was the last step. Anyone can run crap through a high effects filter and make it look like a million dollars, but few can take that crap and make it look good with ****ty freeware (you get what I want to say). One last thing, what do you mean "not necessarily your best work too"? Do you know something I don't from doing this before?
