whatever happened to wing spoilers?

everyone has a lip spoiler stuck on the trunk.

no one likes wings anymore?

Most wings (wing or lip) are for show, not function.

And lip spoilers are cheaper to produce, and easier to install.

It's part fad, part economics, part OEM-personalization.

Fast & Furious is not a good look. Like Philip said, that stuff is generally all show, no go. Too much show. On a luxury car, understated is what most people are going for. Unless you're actually sponsored and race your Lexus on a track (with a GS, why?), don't go the fast and the furious route.

I agree with everyone above, plus large wing spoilers are for WRX's and Evo's, you buy a luxury car, which is what the L in Lexus stands for, you personalize in style.
