I am all about finding a great deal on this car. The extra hp on the 07's makes no difference to me since this car will be for the wife. We love the body and style of this car. We aren't too picky on the colors or the options, as long as its not silver or white. I want to try pick one up for less than 40k, otherwise we'll go for an IS 350.
When is the best time to get it? Should I wait til December when they are desperate to get it off their lots or will there be slim pickings by then?
Also, how much should I expect to pay, below invoice?
Now is the time, dude!!
They are running out of them quickly...
Unless you don't care about what color or options you get!!
But, looks like you excluded two most papular colors that might end up in the lot...

And, I think I got like $1000-1500 under invoice...
I don't think it's gonna go any lower... unless it's the last one in their lot!!
They don't seem to be having problem selling it... at least at my dealer.
I checked autotrader.com and there is still quite a bit around the US. At least 10 from each dealer, sometimes more depending on their location. So getting the base model GS300 is doable under 40k then (w/o ttl)?
This is definitely the time to pull the trigger. I was at the dealer the other day and they were making real effort to get the 300's out of there.
The best part is everyone says the extra power of the 350 can barely be felt. I thought there was a new engine but these guys are saying it's the same engine block. Can someone expound?
