I could be wrong about this, but I seem to recall reading that people were able to negotiate 2006 GS300s below invoice. Hopefully, someone else will chime in with more information.

I visited Lexus of Watertown in Massachusetts and they were selling GS300s at invoice.
If I were you, I would call a few more Lexus dealers in your area. Just be firm and ask them for invoice.
