I saw this on the way to the office. I was on the phone and saw it the rear view at a light behind me so I pulled over and waited for it. Grabbed a couple of shots and was wondering what it might be. It looks too big to be a RAV replacement so maybe a next generation RX. Other manufacturers do their summer testing near my office as well but they are never fully masked test mules. They are standard street models that have test equipment in them.
What do you guys think ??
EDIT !!!
Just found out that there is a Ford testing facility even closer than the Toyota testing grounds so it could be a Ford/Mercury/Lincoln SUV as well !!!

Link to post when I caught the new ES in test mule form a while back. As you can see the ES was wrapped up the same way and was seen in the exact same spot .

If it is a new Lexus SUV, it looks BIG. Could be !!

I wonder if this is the unibody next-gen GX or the next RX?
I guess it is the GX, which would be great as it would become a true competitor to the MDX and X5. It definitely has more presence than the current generation due to the more aggressive proportions and wheels. I wonder if Lexus is working on a new platform for this based on the GS?

Just because you saw it near the testing grounds doesn't necesarily mean it's a Toyota/Lexus product.
IMO, it's the next Lincoln MKX. The grille pretty much gives it away.
