Finally got it.
Hi everybody. I guess I should re-introduce myself. I posted here around four months ago while looking into getting an IS-F as something to replace my 370z. I had myself on a budget, so new was out of the question. Even though there are very few local owners and virtually none for sale my area I was finally able to test drive one that a fellow forum member was trying to sell (kramer - since switched over to a newer CTS-V ). Even though it was just a short time with an IS-F it definitely helped confirm this car was for me.
During my search I considered forum member rhy's 2010 MRM IS-F as a very attractive option with just one problem. He's in Connecticut and I am in NW Florida! I searched nation-wide for a car within my budget that appealed to me more with little luck. There were a few, but they were either still very far away, or had a questionable history.
Well, I eventually ended up taking the risk buying his car, site unseen (I was pretty confident after discussing it extensively with him) and finally today, I returned from a very long drive from Connecticut as an official IS-F owner. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with the car. I'm not sure if you can tell from the horrible pic - the car is filthy from the trip, but it just feels great to finally have it in my garage.
Even though he may not be poking around here too much anymore, I have to praise rhy. He was very patient and accommodating throughout the entire process and definitely took very good car of the car, which I can't appreciate more.

Nice F. It looks to me that it already has S4play diffuser. IMO, it looks better when the lower rear bumper is wrap up with cf or any other dark material to make it stand out more. By the way Welcome to CL.

Congrats on the F! I second edgeucated's post. Forum members tend to take better care of their rides, and it's really cool that you drove her back to FL from up north. Enjoy her even more now!
