Is the warning lights still on? Perhaps, it's the ECU trying to re-learn your mods such as intake. If the battery died completely, the ECU may have reset back to factory default.
A similar situation to a dead battery happen to me, I disconnected my battery while I installed the my intake. I hooked up everything and restarted my car. CEL, VSC light came on and then my engine stalled. But it restarted fine after learning the new air ratio.
Is the CEL lights on? If yes, perhaps you can go to autozone and have the error codes pulled. Then google them or post them up so the gurus here can have an idea.

You need to provide much more information for anyone to help you.
Your battery died. Then what did you do? Jump it, or get a new battery? What had you done recently, any mods, etc? Then you started up the car and got warning lights. You need to check the error codes with an OBDII scanner or stop by an Autozone or similar and post the codes here.

i had gotten my car started after a jumpstart but my check VSC light came on also my traction light wouldnt go off
i called lexus they asked me to bring it in - but the nearest lexus dealer is 80 miles from me and the toyota dealer wouldnt help so i drove it around for about 10/15 mins parked it and when i started it back up again they all went away and havent had a problem since im assuming cuz my batt was so low it threw the system off and reset everything but if yours are still on i suggest you take it in

Well I had a similar issue. I changed to a new battery, VSC comes on when I put into gear and car moves a few inches. I tried the Zero calibration reset didnt work for me. So I decided to bring it to Lexus, told them to tell me what it is before doing anything. When I went to pick up my car the service guy told me they had to recalibrate some steering sensor or something like that and had to do the Zero Point Calibration, which took them probably 10 mins to do. Gave me an invoice for 119...smh.

I ran into the same problem today. Car wouldn't start when I came out the gym. Before that I sat in the car charging my phone with the engine off and the lights flickered a bit. I figured it was the battery so I had it jump started with cables. Car started fine except now there is a check engine light. Vcs light the error exclamation light and traction light on. Anybody know what this could be?

Had this issue for a week or so, and I knew the battery was dead. Drove it until the car wouldnt start anymore. Once I replaced the battery it went away. My car is an 08, so it was time to change the battery. Take it to an o'riekeys or autozone and have them check the voltage on the battery. Maybe your cells might be dead.

Same thing happened to me today. My dad drove my car, then it wouldn't start so we jumped the battery and now the check engine and traction control light are on... I disconnected the battery and it removed the lights for the time being but I'm wondering if anyone else realized anything awry?
