Default Decision 2004 LS430 ML or 2005 LS430 UL

I'm stuck between getting a cheap 2004 LS 430 ML with 70k miles for 18.5k or getting a 2005 LS 430 UL with 45k miles for 28.5k.

Not sure its worth the extra 10k what you do guys think.

I would personally get the 04. At 10k difference in price, that is a nice deal even with 70k of miles.

I'd go with the 04 also. 70k is just getting started for this car and plus you wouldn't have to worry about the possibilty of air suspension repair. Think of all the wonderful things you could do with 10k extra!

I say go for the 04 ML, 70K is nothing to think about for an LS. Like the others said you can use that 10K for other things.

I'd get the 04 ML...unless you plan on riding in the back seat....

The main advantage of the UL is the separate rear AC blower (ie, if you ever have rear passengers, kids, etc. in the back). Get the one in the best condition w/ the best service records.

ML is really all you need. NAV, Mark Lev. system. All the CL and UL have are extra gravy on a vehicle that has plenty of gravy. Nothing more in terms of performance.
