I believe stock IS350 wheels are 18x8 +45 front and 18x8.5 +50 rear.
By using this
Wheel Offset Calculator , The front will give you +1mm inner clearance and extend +27mm outer position.
The rear will give you +13mm more inner clearance and extend +25mm outer position.
Using your stock tires should be fine, however, you will be running a slight stretch. The fitment is going to be pretty darn nice if you ask me!
