ISS Forged IS-F QES Exhaust Released and going to Sema

So here it is. We are now in full production of the QES System. As you can see it is fully hand assembled (in the USA), with mandrel bend 2.5" stainless pipes, and Tig Welded.

This system is really special because it will be the first people hear of ISS Forged at Sema.

A big problem we were having with the first systems were the Dyno we were using. It had some kind of Software issue where the Dyno crapped out at 170 MPH. But in 6th Gear all the runs were over 170mhp. This cause us to have to start from scratch and this is what the numbers looked like. This was on Spalts car and done on a 2009 Dyno Jet.

We did both new base line and power numbers. We also tried to cover all the information you guys had asked for and more. We did back to back numbers which is the motor under stress. Idle numbers for what the real horse power increase is and Cold start numbers to see what the Max it could produce would be. Both the base line and Power numbers were done in the same place using the same guy on the Same Dyno.
