Seriously, what's wrong with this car that you need to part it out?
It seems to be in great condition, and I can understand the suspicions of other forum members. My instinct is waving a giant red flag right now.

after getting a VIN from this member i ran a nicb title check and can confirm that as long as the vin he gave me is the correct one (will hopefully have a picture soon) then the vehicle is NOT stolen.
i've asked the op as well, but i might have an idea as to why this car is being parted out. if/when i get anymore information i will post it up.

Well, I just paypal'd him for the chrome emblems off his car. So we shall see what happens. Either way, I will document my transaction on here so that there is a record of everything. I am the guinea pig I guess. lol. But so far he seems like a stand up guy in my opinion. So once again, we shall see. 
I'm parting out cause I don't need two ls400. And I can make a lil more $ by parting out. I'm wanting a new bike. I'm not b.s anyone here. I'm just tryin to help some car guys out with parts.shonn emblems will be shipped tom to show u guys I'm not tryin to get over. So if u really need parts hit me up...
