This SOB ripped me off 200 bucks. I filed a claim with paypal and they could not recover a penny. Should of gone with my gut instinct but took the risk and got screwed. THis doesn't end here.

Thats unfortunate, I wonder why PayPal cant do anything about this, that kinda defeats the purpose of even using it since there is no consumer security. I am glad I didnt order from him, seeing that he was a new member with no feedback......hopefully not too many ppl got gipped

they should make it so PP withdraws money from his account even though nothing is there...making his bank account go negative and him getting hit with penalties. i hope u guys are going to fight this with paypal.

Yea they say they only guarantee it when its ebay stuff otherwise it depends if they can recover it. Its in their fine print. One of those things

Guys, I can't believe all these 'scam' posts and no one pushed the report a post button until a member did today (THANK YOU). Most all you experienced guys know you need vouches and we do not allow part outs from members with < 500 posts FOR EXACTLY THIS REASON. Members in limbo, if I were in your position I would process a refund asap. Note that I've been told by one member "if people paid with credit card via Paypal they can get a charge back through the credit card even if Paypal won't refund them".

KID865 do not post a single additional item for sale until every person who bought something from you has received their items and posted positive feedback or has received a refund. PM ME WHEN THIS IS COMPLETE BEFORE POSTING ANYTHING ELSE.
