I have been searching for a new color scheme in the SC. I have looked at several setups on here, and have been confused on what color to go with. I wanted to go two tone. I wanted your guys opinion and experiences of what the do's and dont's are. I recently redid my steering wheel and the plastic cover on top, and it turned out great. This has gotten me more motivated on doing more...All comments welcome...
I wanted to go with the factory grey, since we dont see that many of them on here, just mostly tan, and a handful of black. I think the factory grey on top and black on the bottom part of the dash and door panels, would look magnifiicent. lastly, two tone the seats with grey on the outside and black up the middle or go completely black seats? Would you change the seat belts, headliner, console color, or visor's? I wanted to start on this tomorrow, any ideas or comments?
My ideal interior would be all black with either blackwood or birds eye maple wood. But right now I'm happy with my two tone. I replaced all the OEM "brown" parts with black (except the dash..will do that soon). I also swapped out my steering wheel and now I'm working on changing the wood.
im redoing mine.. red and black.. still not complete.. but here you go..
still need black carpet and 2 front black seats.. and install is300 steering wheel..
Where did you get the carbon fiber for the door done?
That interior looks good. I have decided to leave the original gray and do some black. I have tore nearly the whole inside out of my car today.. The reason for late posting! It looks good so far so good. I recovered the speaker covers in the door, fixed a few things on the doors, and letting everything dry. I still have a ways to go, but I put a dent on it!
The only thing that I hate right now, is I have no A/C, radio, window operations and its my daily driver! Oh well, the results will be good!
