XenonDepot = Good Seller
Picked up a pair of 4300k D2R HID bulbs that were WAY below what Lexus Stealerships charged! Communication was timely and product arrival time was accurate. I HIGHLY suggest these guys if you're looking to replace OEM and upgrade your HID's!

Not as happy....
I am not as quick to encourage XenonDepot
I have placed an order with them Feb 23 - I have still not been contacted by them and I have called and emailed... no response after over a month.
I am not as happy as others on the board.

Hi,
Please send me a PM with your order number so that I can look into this right away for you. I wouldn't be happy either in your position however I am honestly not sure what is going on. Please PM me with your information and I will look into this right away for you.
Steve

Still... no bulbs....???
I spoke with Steve last week and he assured me that they would ship next day.
Well almost another week later and still, no bulbs, no contact stating why they are still delayed.
He kept telling me that 'to be honest' he has no idea why they are delayed.
As a sales person, you should never say that phrase... it basically means that before that statement - everything was a lie... Honestly.
