That's weird but I didn't find anything that will make cluster green faceplates are white-clear color, tinting glass is black which doesn't change color. But I had green hue as well when it was stock. I guess faceplates have very little green hue on them that I didn't really notice but then again look at this pic when cluster was bone stock it looked white?
Unfortunately I do not recommend you do anything to the dash unless you just stick some colored tint over it or something. The Omnitron dash illumination control and the CCFL's work together with the stock ballast to auto adjust the intensity.
Doing any changes screws up the balance, that's why LLS never supported the GS after the experimental cluster was built. You can look at the pretty pictures though. Unfortunately that's all.
The problem with the GS is that the COVER that is plastic and goes over the gauges is green, so changing the faceplate tint cover on the gauge itself will hardly help.

Notice, I didn't touch bulbs at all, they're stock white, in the experiment you were referring they changed cathode bulbs which were not really great working together with stock inverters etc, that's why they stopped experiments. As I said I didn't touch bulbs at all, so it will not affect my dash lighting system in any way, also I'm in process of making new covers, so they won't be greenish tint.

So how did you change the color bro? I'm trying to make mine a white.
I guess yellow has to go, it was experimental color anyway, I wanted to see how it will look if I'll stick to this technique. Next week, when I'll have time I'll change it to orange, since that's what kind of look I was going for.

I just took apart cluster, removed faceplates, removed stock white layer from each gauge as shown in pic below, then applied some colored tape from back of each gauge. Color looks very natural and like stock without any hot spots or issues(of course, I used stock cathodes, it should be like that). So instead of doing unnecessary hard work(and not always efficient) with LEDs, you can just put some color filters under each gauge, and since stock color lighting is white, you can change it to any color possible, I think this method has great potential, and far more easy and stock looking(quality wise) then LEDs.
