Yes it was ordered specifically for the ISF. I assume it will fit any other vehicle with the same width, length and mirror placement though.
Cover is tan.

Yes, here's a thread discussing the fitment on another members ISF. Most people put a black wrap on the rear recessed portion of the bumper in order to create a more diffuser'ish look.
