Did you check your electrical connection? It might not be the taillight.

I swapped the left to the right and that worked, so I can only assume my right outer's LEDs are out.

Think the ISF suspension would be a little jarring on an IS350?

Hard to say. The 2012 isf suspension is less harsh the 08-10.
