WTB: Nakamichi Amp for 95' gs300
Sup everyone! haven't posted here in a while but i just blew my factory nakamichi amp ( i think) and i wanted to see if anyone has one here for sale. It has to be the nakamichi one cuz the pioneer one won't work with my nakamichi HU. If you have the HU too, i'll buy that as well. Please let me know ASAP. Thanks!

Hey man, sorry to hear about your amp...That link is great APLUS but I believe he's talking about the factory amp.
If you can't find a factory amp you could go aftermarket and keep the stock HU. I think I have seen a factory NAK amp on ebay ONCE. And I don't think anyone has parted with one on this site.
Anyway, I researched this a little bit and you can use the pre-amp feed from the HU (it's 4 channel - get the wiring diagram from your local dealer for wire colors) and plug them into the low-level inputs on an aftermarket amp (I am planning on doing this with my pioneer system in the future). Then for the sub you will probably want a seperate amp w/ a built-in crossover. All that would probably cost you the same as a factory amp because they are hard to find (especially the NAK one).
For that matter, I bet it would be cheaper to get your blown amp repaired than any of the options mentioned above. Local electronics shop in your area would probably be willing to take a look at it.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
