Can installing these headers go along with doing a dragon tc be done in one shot? Or will it be 2 different jobs??

Do you want to pull the engine? If so then you could do both jobs together. If not then it is two separate jobs.

It comes with all the PPE hardware. You should still purchase new exhaust manifold gaskets from the dealership.
