Trade 2 98 GS400 foglights-CLEAR with Plasma bulbs(match HID perfectly) for set of yellow foglights. This way, you do not have to risk the chance of breaking the foglight if trying to remove the yellow portion of it.
So Ca only. Labor involved is about 5 minutes for both.
