FS: Tom's rear lower bar

Up for grabs, one authentic Tom's rear lower bar- it was gray/silver when I bought it, but as you can see from the photos, it is now covered in surface rust. It needs to be sanded/painted and/or blasted/powder-coated.
$100 shipped takes it, anywhere in cont U.S.
