FT: Gen 4 Navigation ECU - upgrade your gen 3!
I upgraded my gen 3 navigation ecu with a 4th gen early last yr. I am trying to get $450 obo + your working gen 3 ecu. Used prices run anywhere from $900-$1500. Comes with the original 4.2 disc. No problems with the unit. Just looking to get some cash.

Navi bypass so you can input while the car is in motion.
Systems checkup screen.. ECU (OK) perfect working order.
Every option works, but the background color change does not save. You can change the background color, but our screen doesn't have the ability to save that particular info.
Where in Cali are you located? I in Anaheim/Fullerton area. You are more than welcome to come check it out! Thanks.

I really can't be for sure, but from what i've read, it is not compatible with the 98-00 GS. Only work on 01-05GS. I took these photos today of my car, which is a 2003 model.
And I wouldn't be able to sell it to you since i need a replacement gen 2/3 ecu before I could sell mine. Sorry

I have a 01 GS430 and my understanding is that it is the gen 2 correct so that means the gen 4 nav should work right? If so, i am willing to do the deal and ship you the unit first and wait since i can drive my other car..let me know..
